AI Engineer Job Description

Tasks

• 최신 오픈소스 인공지능 모델을 내부 플랫폼에 통합 및 최적화
• 신규 AI 모델의 개발 및 성능 향상 연구
• 다양한 모델의 학습(Training) 및 Fine-tuning을 통합·자동화할 수 있는 모듈 설계 및 구현
• 대규모 데이터 파이프라인 및 모델 운영 환경과의 연동

Requirements

• AI, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering 또는 관련 전공 학위 (석·박사 우대)
• 인공지능 이론에 대한 깊은 이해를 바탕으로 실제 코드 구현 능력을 보유한 분
• Python에 능숙하며, 효율적이고 구조적인 코드를 작성할 수 있는 분
• PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow 등 주요 딥러닝 프레임워크에 대한 실무 경험 보유
• NumPy, PIL 등 Python 기반 데이터 처리 및 시각화 라이브러리에 익숙한 분
• 새로운 AI 기술 트렌드에 대한 관심과 빠른 학습 능력을 가진 분

Preferred Qualifications (우대사항)

• Multi-modal AI, Vision-Language Model, 또는 Generative AI 관련 프로젝트 경험
• 대규모 모델 학습/추론 파이프라인 설계 경험
• 오픈소스 커뮤니티 참여 또는 연구 논문/프로젝트 기여 경험
