Position Description:

As a Junior Private Equity Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our investment activities.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Work with the team to identify and evaluate investment targets in local and overseas market

• Conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including industrial/ corporate research, regulatory trends, financial & valuation analysis etc.

• Prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment committee and potential investors

• Support portfolio management on fund administration work, monitoring, analysis, and exits

• Assist in managing portfolio companies, providing support to maximize value creation

• Ensure effective communication and reporting to the investors (LPs)

Requirements

• Degree graduated in Business, Finance, Economics or related field

• 1-2 years relevant deal experience in asset management, private equity, investment banking, accounting firm or securities firm’s advisory business

• Proven knowledge in investment transactions with solid research, financial analysis, modelling and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Fluency in both verbal and written communications in English/ CPA preferred
