Job Description

[Planning]

• Associate IT GRC(Governance/Risk/Compliance) strategy in accordance with local business and IT Strategy
• Assess/determine/maintain an inventory of regulatory and organizational IT Compliance requirements
• Manage Access and Identity Management(AIM) framework and plan/implement/monitor the relevant activities throughout their lifecycle
• Develop appropriate plan and framework to manage IT Governance topics

 

[Coordinating]

• Implement/maintain a tracking&resolution process for IT GRC issue&information security gaps that will address known issue, according to severity and potential impact to the organization
• Coordinate IT audit related tasks: provide guidance for tis preparation; facilitate the resolution of audit findings
• Coordinate IT GRC processes and relevant topics with HQ counterparts

 

[Managing]

• Perform required tasks associated with applicable local and global IT GRC framework and plan
• Identify IT GRC issue/gaps discovered within performed framework and oversee the documentation, implementation and testing of mitigation activities
• Report the levels of IT GRC and their control effectiveness by defined framework and plans to key stakeholders
• Manage AIM processes as an AIM Authority, working closely with AIM stakeholders
• Associate evaluation of IT Risks identified from regular IT risk assessment, manage the implementation of risk treatment measures, and monitor the progress

 

 

 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology is preferred
• Professional level of English
• Work/Internship experience in General Information systems and technology(Infrastructure and/or Application) is preferred
