[Summary]

1. Monitor Distribution, Logistics and Customer Service of 3PL Distributor service for MedTech in line with contract and SLAs

2. Conduct loan kit operation such as in & outbound management

3. Ensure that all 3PL operations comply with local regulation including J&J quality requirement & loan kit operation requirement

4. Working with key internal & external stakeholders to improve business performance

5. Drive process improvements across local supply chain

6. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key commercial stakeholders, regional logistics

7. Monitor and maintain compliance to Good Distribution Practices, Health and safety, and Sarbanes Oxley requirements

 

 

[Responsibilities]

1. Ensure that warehouse and distribution for MedTech are operated according to established procedures by 3PL

2. Back up for washing operation & other loan kit operation task

3. Periodic physical inventory count

4. Monitor and report DC performance (DC Metrics) monthly

5. Keep tracking CIP attainment and safety scorecards

6. Ensure that all 3PL operations comply with local regulation including J&J quality requirements & EHS requirements

7. Follow up NC (Non-conformance) and CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventative Action) to be completed by 3PL

8. Lead additional projects related to end to end supply chain operations

9. Develop creative solutions to problems/unexpected situations as they arise

10. Documents processes as needed

11. Effective collaboration with stakeholders (Customer, 3PL, Commercial team, Regional & Local Supply Chain teams, Other Enabling Function teams)

12. Other responsibilities as required or assigned by management

 

[Requirements]

1. Fresh graduates- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field(Fresh graduates)

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is required

3. Outstanding communication skills in English & Korean with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

4. Demonstrated knowledge and related experience of warehouse and distribution and/or medical device industry will be plus

5. Positive attitude, proactive problem-solving approach, and adaptability to change

6. Strong work ethic, integrity and respect

7. Customer (internal and external) driven approach
