직무 설명
- Manage the CS agent and monitor all customer queries to ensure a positive user experience.
- Generate meaningful insights from accumulated CS queries regarding customers’ needs and pain points.
- Anticipate potential CS issues with updates or changes to the Manta product and prepare responses in advance.
- Write Help Center articles to help users understand significant changes made to the product.
자격 요건
- Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business-level proficiency in Korean
- User-oriented mindset with a dedication to delivering a positive user experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Enjoys conversations and empathizes well with others' stories or situations.
- Superb interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
우대사항
- Experience in Customer Service (CS)
- Experience using Zendesk.
- Interest in the webcomics and content industry.
- Read webcomics
