Management Trainee Program이란?

The Management Trainee Program outlines the essential support structure for the marketing teams and activities of three Business Units (BUs). This program provides a rationale for several key focus areas and the benefits it will bring to the organization. The objectives of the program are as follows.

- Foster a pipeline of talented individuals for future mid-level management roles by recruiting and onboarding recent graduates.

- Identify and develop promising graduates with a focus on Asia Regional Markets.

- Provide comprehensive exposure to various marketing functions, cultivating leadership skills, critical thinking, and adaptability.

근무부서 : 에스테틱 사업부 마케팅팀 1명, 의약품사업부 마케팅팀 1명, 컨슈머케어(세타필) 사업부 마케팅팀 1명

채용인원 : 총 3명

 

[자격 요건 및 채용 정보]

학력 : 재학생 중 1년 이상 휴학생 또는 기졸업생 (졸업예정자 가능)

경력 : 신입

계약형태 : 파견계약직

근무기간: 입사일로부터 1년

근무조건 : 외국계 기업 신입사원 수준 급여 (식대/교통비 포함) *유연근무제 시행

 

[우대사항 및 선발기준]

Basic knowledge in pharmaceutical/cosmetic/aesthetics industry and relevant regulation

Project management experiences

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective inter-personal skills and communication skills

English communication skills (Writing and verbal)

MS office skills (Word, PPT, Excel and Outlook email) and Open Ai(ChatGPT, Gemini) proficiency
