Under this programme, you’ll rotate across the teams within Korea Global Banking and other related teams and have plenty of opportunities for continuous learning and people to support you so that you’re well prepared for your future.
As a Graduate Analyst, you’ll support relationship bankers who manage client relationships and conduct analysis on profitability, risks and other factors involved in transactions. You’ll be responsible for researching and understanding clients for the purposes of developing business and managing risk.
Following your successful completion of the programme you’ll have the opportunity to build a long-term career through a breadth of roles across different teams within Korea Global Banking.
Duration : 24 months, 2-4 rotations specific to business
Programme start date: July /August 2024
Entry Criteria :
- Work experience up to 2 years (including internship)
- min 3.2 out of 4.0 GPA
- Fluent in both Korean & English
- Be self-motivated with strong planning and organising skills.
- Be creative, flexible, resilient and have the ability to think out of the box.
- Have strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
