About this opportunity
He/She will be responsible for strategizing clinical education to build clinical confidence and competence of dental professionals. This is to support the fast growth of Korea with excellence in execution, organizational skills and collaboration.
In this role, you will…
- Report to Associate Clinical Director, Korea
- Be responsible for developing Clinical Education strategy and implementation plan for Korea based on different customer segments and needs to meet the business goals
- Design, implement, coordinate, inspect, and evaluate clinical education programs, curriculum and content for onboarding new Invisalign providers and continuously developing the doctors in the customer journey
- Identify effective education delivery methods, platforms and media to ensure the provision of high-quality clinical education to meet the learning needs from different types of customers with different learning behaviours
- Develop digital education strategy to widen education coverage and to meet customers’ with different education needs
- Develop KOL and speaker engagement strategy including identification, onboarding, development, engagement & management framework and to actively engage with the KOLs and speakers
- Be product launch partner to design education strategy as part of commercialization plan to drive customers’ product adoption
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
In this role, you’ll need…
- To have Master’s degree preferred, with the degree(s) in Education or business would be an advantage
- To have experience in medical/dental Education in medical device companies would be an advantage
- To have successful track record of at least 8 years of work experience including education related
- To be experienced working in a global matrix organization and successful partnership in collaborating with cross functional teams is preferred
- To be experienced in providing thought taking business / customer insights and using them to drive thinking and decisions
- To have strong implementation and communication skills with excellence in execution
- This role requires 30% regional travel
