Job Description Summary

Junior sales to develop the Equity derivatives business in Korea

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop equity solutions business under guidance of senior sales with institutional clients in Korea; focus on equity solutions products including Equity Hybrids, QIS/FLP and GSF equities with target clients of SWF, insurers, pensions, asset managers, proprietary trading desks of local securities companies and corporates
• Develop equity distribution business with retirement pensions of banks and variable annuity funds of insurers
• Take responsibilities of after-sales service including documentations and settlement with help of the support teams
• Develop and formalize financial proposals in collaboration with the engineering team and trading team while acting as adviser and identify financial products that match clients' needs
• Conducting various risk analysis through products analysis and historical back-testing for equity solutions product

Required Skills:

• Fresh graduate or less than 2 years business experience as intern or trainee with the degree in business management, financial engineering, or other related disciplines
• Strong interest of knowledge for the solution products especially on quantitative income strategies
• Have a good communication skill with fluency in Korean and English
• Team player with positive attitude of working under high pressure working environment
• In-depth knowledge in working applications including Microsoft Office and basic coding knowledge for database management
