Summary:  

This job function is to support the overall work of a team in Advisory & Transaction Services - focused on Retail Occupier Services.  

Essential Duties: 

• Market research and preparation of market reports, presentation materials, meeting handouts etc. 
• Preparation of reports and data collection 
• General support of the team 
• Business development support 
• Site & Deal Sourcing 

  Requirements: 

• Interest and curiosity over the real estate market and businesses 
• Real estate knowledge and experience preferred. 
• Enrolled in or graduated from an accredited four-year university, in an undergraduate or graduate program preferably in a related major (Real Estate, Business Administration etc.) 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite 
• Business-level proficiency in English 
• Enthusiastic and pro-active attitude 
• Confidence and Strong communicative skill 
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Responsible and team-oriented
• Aspiration and eager to learn more
