Joining the LVMH 2023 Retail Management Trainee Program means becoming a member of a unique Group, the world leader in the luxury industry, consisting of 6 business sectors (Wines & Spirits, Fashion, Perfumes & Cosmetics, Watches & Jewellery, and Selective Retailing), 75 Maisons, and 196,000 talents in 81 countries. About the Program

LVMH’s fast-track retail management trainee program is developed to provide talented individuals the opportunity to become Future Retail Leaders at one of our Maisons.

During the 24-month journey, you will be able to rotate within retail stores and the office at 2 LVMH Maisons, gaining unique, cross-sector exposure.

You will be able to experience, learn, and develop what it takes to become future leaders at LVMH through dedicated mentorship programs, leadership training, and custom-designed projects.

Participating in the program means being fully immersed with 10 of our luxury Maisons - Bulgari, Celine, Christian Dior, Fendi, Givenchy, Loewe, Loro Piana, Louis Vuitton, Sephora, Tiffany & Co.

After this journey, you will have the opportunity to become a Store Team Leader, managing your own team (Position title subject to Maison’s career roadmap).

PROFILE

We are Looking For:

• Local/Oversea graduates with less than 3 years of work experience
• Strong passion for retail and the luxury industry
• Strong English ability
• Native in Korean
