Title : Graduate Analyst, Global Market (MARK)

Location : Seoul, Korea

Contract type : 2-year temporary contract during the program. Based on satisfactory performance at the end of program, you will be offered a position on permanent basis.

Program Structure

Front Office Graduate Program (Global Markets).

You will be part of the Global Markets group which brings together the Equities, Fixed Income & Currencies capabilities with the objective of providing investors with one integrated multi-asset market solutions team.

 

You will take on four six-month rotations amongst the following teams.

- The first rotation: FICC (Fixed Income & Currencies) Sales team : FI team

- The second rotation: FICC (Fixed Income & Currencies) trading team : FI team

 

Your Profile

Front Office Graduate Program (Global Markets).

We are looking for exceptional university graduates with the following attributes and competencies

 

- Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited university with excellent academic results

- Fresh graduates or those who will graduate in February 2023

- Passionate for a long-term career development in the banking industry

- Strong leadership potential and interpersonal skills

- Good commercial acumen

- Superior analytical, critical-thinking and communications skills

- Self-motivated, mature, and possessing a strong drive for excellence

- Open to different ideas and cultures and enjoy being part of a team

- Ability to solve problems and propose new ideas

- Good coding skills (for example VBA and/or Python) is a plus

- Excellent command of English

 

Application Timeline and Process

- April 24 ~ May 29: An online test to assess behavioral/reasoning/language skills of candidates. Candidates will need to complete the test within 72 hours upon receiving the test link.

- May 29 ~ mid-June : Hiring manager and HR round interviews the shortlisted candidates.

- Late-June : The final candidate to be announced.

- Early July 2023: The successful candidate will be on-boarded.
