Job Description:

The Sales Specialist works with the Lead Salesperson to meet agreed sales and revenue targets.  The Sales Specialist will generate detailed client / product knowledge, market knowledge and cultivate client relationships in order to generate sales opportunities. The Sales Specialist will work to develop deep understanding of the client need / product detail and Bank’s capabilities with the aim of meeting client satisfaction expectations. The Sales Specialist will be conversant relevant legal, regulatory and Bank policy requirements and operate accordingly. Together with the Lead Salesperson ensure liaison with existing clients. Researching and fostering new client opportunities. Building the necessary working relationships with origination, trading, research, client services, and operations staff – if applicable & to the degree that is commensurate with the business area - to ensure effective end to end client / product delivery.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • The Sales Specialist is assigned with financial budget and KPI to deliver as sales metrics for CCM business as this function works to generate the revenue from the clients.  
  • The Sales Specialist works for origination of new business and new clients for the complex deals via RfP and structuring the solutions. 
  • The Sales Specialist has the sense or urgency and mind of the clients to become the main cash management banker ultimately.
  • The Sales Specialist works together with internal partners to provide the clients with better solutions.

 

Requirements

  • Require working experience and knowledge in FIs, preferably in this field for the product, solution, client, operation, and banking system and infra structure together with excellent command of both Korean and English.
  • min. 2 years' experience in the relevant business area preferred.
  • Skilled at presentation and client meetings
  • Quick leaner for new subject and open to learn CCM Business
  • Able to identify client pain points and DB business opportunities for solutions or opportunities
  • Educated to Bachelor Degree level
  • Good communication and influencing/networking skills
  • Sales motivated, personable and able to develop & maintain relationships.
