Community Team' s job responsibilities We are currently seeking the brightest and smartest young professionals to join our Community Team, responsible for
- Directly interacting with and supporting our customers (policyholders, doctors) and build the top-class customer experience & journey
- Assisting in operation optimization, process development, and community building to ensure all policyholder interactions are well-coordinated and executed
