 JOB TITLE

Retail assistant ( Loewe / Fendi) 정규직

* Brand관련 MD 및 Retail 업무 assist

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Compile daily sales and update sales figures, and weekly report to APAC with trend analysis

- Monthly sales and stock closing backup.

- Manage DFS(면세점)’ ERP system : Register order / offer / SRP (price change) / stock transfer / return instruction in Lotte & Shilla DFS ERP system.

- Consolidate stores’ claim report relevant to quality problem, then send quality report which includes detailed description of phenomenon and pictures for reference to HQ on a monthly base.

- Support store administration : Check store expense, and submit attendance report & part timer payment on a monthly base.

- Make commercial reports :  Best sellers for designated period.

                                        Sales by nationality, sales by line.

Monthly stock movement and month buffer by store.

Competitor sales

- Communication: Communication for 면세점 buyer & store staff.

Report to brand manager of decision and procedure relating to business issues.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

- Familiar with Excel, PPT

- Business English speaking and writing

Strong sense of responsibility.

Competence to analysis fashion and sales trend
