Investment Team Analyst Recruitment

 

Equis is looking for a highly competent and enthusiastic candidate to join the Investment Team as an Analyst.

Our corporate entity is actively pursuing infrastructure development and investment opportunities across the Asia-Pacific region. Equis is focused on the development of renewables, waste processing and recycling infrastructure assets across developed markets in the Asia-Pacific region. Equis has recently raised US$ 1.25 billion capital from ADIA and OTPP.

 

Prior to the transition, Equis raised over US$2.7 billion in private equity capital in a series of funds including Equis Asia Fund I, Equis Asia Fund II, and Japan Solar.

 

Title: Investment Analyst (0~1년차)

 

[Key Responsibilities]

 

• Prepare and manage extensive financial modelling and quantitative analysis on investment targets
• Perform in-depth research and present on the fundamentals of potential investment and general industry research to assist in the identification of opportunities
• Support deal execution including financial analysis, due diligence, documentation and financing
• Support asset management functions for portfolio companies, including exploring strategies to create value at the portfolio level
• Assist in the review of key portfolio companies from both a strategic and financial perspective, and assist in the execution of transactions arising from such review

 

[Requirements]

 

• Work experience at a transaction advisory, investment bank, strategy consulting preferred
• Excellent analytical and modeling skills including the ability to understand the relevant analysis required to prove a hypothesis and the ability to gather information around it
• Excellent quantitative skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Ability to work well in a team setting; responsive to feedback
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver tight deadlines
• Fluent in English and Korean (both written and verbal)
