Objectives:
Responsible for supporting CoE advanced packaging products development in terms of electrochemical method and supporting WD products development, promotions and services that are focus on the electrochemical screening experiment and plating test
Main Tasks:
- Catch up trend for advanced packaging field in semiconductor
- Discuss with Wet Deposition (WD) and Advanced Packaging (AP) team for their customer’s request to support and achieve target
- Design and execute demo or experiment according to electrochemical screening experiment and plating test
- Facility operation and equipment maintenance follow working procedures in the lab according to global advanced materials standards
- Work with CoE team in Taiwan and Germany to implement new analytical methods
- Participate in Cu plating project and regularly discuss project progress with CoE teams in Germany and Taiwan.
- Revise common SOP when it needs such as existing procedure changed or new procedure applied.
Education/Qualification:
- B.S in chemistry, chemical engineering with 2+ years’ work experience in chemical analysis/control/characterization, semiconductor manufacturing (tool supplier, chemical supplier or IC manufacturer) or M.S. in chemistry, chemical-engineering or related field / 학사는 경력자, 석사는 신입 가능
- Good interpersonal communication skill and fluent in English including comprehensive listening, speech, reading, and writing
- Team player, self-motivated and proactive attitude
- Experience/Know-how with Cu plating application/ Knowledge is preferred Fundamental understanding of cleaning or wet etching technology
- Fundamental understanding of electroplating technology and electrochemistry
- Ability to effectively communicate detailed and precise technical requirement, procedures, and results in written and oral format
