Job Description
|
Depending on your work location, your full-time employment with us will begin with a training program where you will join newly-hired analysts from around the region for an intensive few weeks to learn about our company, its culture and all the relevant tools, techniques and working practices. You'll also receive grounding in your chosen business area, as you develop your professional skills and collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds.
You will take on responsibilities at an early stage and you'll be encouraged to grow your abilities through on-the-job learning and practical application. You will also be a part of our Junior Talent Development Program, which is aimed to empower the career development and provide engagement opportunities to our junior talent population with a multi-year, enterprise-wide, integrated approach. We'll support and reward you on the basis of your individual performance.
We offer full-time opportunities across our different lines of business, i.e. Global Corporate & Investment Banking, Global Markets & Research, Global Technology, Global Operations, and Enterprise Control Functions (Chief Financial Office, Corporate Audit, Human Resources, and Risk).
