1.채용부문(Job Posting Title): 기업고객 대상 FX영업 (FX-Portfolio Sales)
2.직무목표(Objectives):
-To provide Foreign Exchange Services to the allotted client category – Portfolio clients. Client segments include Local Corporate Bank, GSG and CCB Clients.
3.업무 및 책임(Responsibilities):
Core Responsibilities:
-Primarily responsible in managing and growing of Corporate FX Low Touch client portfolio
-Take lead in business initiatives that drive automation & efficiency as part of FX growth strategy
-Identify new FX business opportunities thru collaboration with product partners (e.g Coverage, Operations, etc.)
Foreign Exchange Services would primarily include:
Execution / booking of FX trades including Cash/ Tom/Spot transactions
Execution of hedges vide FX FWD and FX Options
Ensuring that all “FX Flows” of assigned clients is captured incl X-border Trade, Equity Remittances/Sundry Payments/Royalty Payments etc
Close interaction with internal partner units including FTU, TTS, Operations and coverage groups to ensure seamless execution of client FX transactions;
FX Spread optimization by continuous evaluation of portfolio.
Unearthing client needs beyond BAU FX execution
Documentation to onboard new clients and enable them on e-platforms
Ability to bring out result-based outcome on the KPIs while managing the BAU effectively
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Attending to client telephonic calls for fixing FX rates, resolution of queries
Execution / booking of FX trades including Cash/ Tom/Spot transactions
Liaise with TTS, Ops and Coverage for execution of client FX trades
Strict Adherence to Internal policy and local regulatory requirements including associated documentation
4. 자격요건(Qualifications):
-Economics & Finance Graduate / Post-Graduate (Required)
-Minimum of 1-5 years of work experience (Required)
-KOFIA license (Required)
-Excellent communication skills, ability to steer discussions
-High enthusiasm, resilience, energy levels, drives to ideate, collaborate with partnering arms.
-Ability to create longer term, trust based relationships will all the customers in the portfolio
-Team oriented and ability to work under pressure
-Good understanding of basics of Financial Markets
-Strong MS office skills particularly excel & power-point
-Good grasp in written and spoken Korean and English
-Excellence in execution of FX trades in a multi-tasking mode and follow-up effectively
-Strong understanding of FX markets, Regulations, Internal Policies and Client dealing behavior
