업무 내용

• Collaborating with Account Executives & Brokers to develop coverage strategy and marketing initiatives for renewal and prospective business.

• Analyzing client specific risk exposure and details coverage requirements; preparing and communicating marketing proposals for renewals and new business;

• Assist the team with client data review and market analysis.

• Assist the team with new business opportunities

• Ensure the optimum use of Aon’s business systems in line with current Aon business practices and collaborate with colleagues throughout the Asia Pacific and Global network to achieve objectives

• Support brokers in their follow-up communications with clients and reinsurers

• Maintain and share technical expertise in specialist/ technical areas and provide best in class service that exceeds our client’s expectations

 

지원 자격

• 4년제 대학 졸업 이상의 학력 소지자 또는 2022년 8월 졸업예정자

• 별도의 재보험 경력을 필수적으로 요구하지 않으며, 입사 후 적절한 교육기회 제공 예정

 

우대 사항

• 보험/금융/법 관련 전공자

• 영어능통자

• MS-Office Program 활용능력 우수자
