Contents and Product Team – Platform Strategies

Celebe is the uprising destination for short-form mobile video.

Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. As Celebe’s contents team member, you will be developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns with our top partners.

 

Responsibilities

1.     Responsible for Celebe and other e-commerce product lines by leading initiatives within multiple domains including risk control strategy, logistics management, after-sales management, category optimization

2.     Combined with business feedback and user experience survey, define core business indicators and iterative direction, and produce product solutions, including but not limited to the design of abstract product business modules, product strategies, and application of algorithm models.

3.     Improve the ecological health and vitality through the design of the market mechanism. The mechanism design includes but not limited to the merchant and author credit system, business incentive system, recommendation flow regulation and other specific businesses.

4.     Manage prioritization and balance trade offs among user experience, performance, and creator experience within the ecosystem.

 

Qualifications

1.     Intern experience in influencer marketing/contents creation/contents promotion

2.     Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

3.     Excellent logical thinking, communication skills and self-driven ability.

4.     Excellent organization and collaboration skills, self-driven, result oriented, and responsible for results.
