Locus Capital Partners is a Seoul based independent financial advisory firm with a focus on cross-border M&A.  As an exclusive member of M&A Partners, a global M&A alliance with 37 member firms across the globe, we are the leading M&A house in the mid-sized M&A sector in Korea.

We are looking for an analyst who would like to grow his or her career with us, particularly in the field of cross-border M&A.

 

[Scope of work]

1.       Company and industry research (Cosmetics, TMT, Retail and more)

2.       Financial modeling for valuation

3.       Presentation materials and other documentations

4.       Assist on deal process

 

[Qualifications & Skills]

1.       Prior experience in market research preferred, but not required

2.       Attention to details and team-oriented personality 

3.       Willing to go the extra mile with self-driven attitude

4.       Fluency in both English and Korean

5.       Basic understanding of accounting and finance

6.       Strong written and verbal communication skills

7.       Proficiency in MS Office (high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint)

8.       Ability to perform effectively in a team environment

9.       A high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts
