What you’ll do

Performs research (biology, chemistry, mechanical, software, etc.) to generate analytical data for internal and/or external clients. Responsible for the investigation of new technologies and experimentation directed at the practical application of scientific theories. Assures that programs meet scientific objectives and are aligned with customer needs. Builds relationships with industry/technology key opinion leaders.

Who you are

• Experience with purification process development of monoclonal antibody, recombinant protein, or vaccines in an industry setting
• Understanding of principles and theory behind unit operations for processing biologicals with knowledge in principles of scale-up, validation, single-use, hybrid and traditional set ups
• Experience in GMP manufacturing and working knowledge of FDA/EMEA regulations for biologics including experience in CMC documentation preferred
• Conversational level English language proficiency, with demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, matrixed, and customer focused environment
• Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering or related Life Sciences field; advanced degree preferred
