Our Field Support Engineers are responsible for on-site maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Dell Technologies’ and multi-vendor systems solutions, which includes overall storage portfolio products. You will be the company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters by interpreting customers’ needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support reps or engineers.
