The role is within our investment management team which works closely with our local asset managers and the investment advisory team to provide high quality portfolio analysis, performance reporting and investment support across the firm and to clients.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Preparation of tailored performance analysis and reporting.
- Maintenance of performance models, including reconciliation of investment records.
- Liaising with clients, custodians and other service providers to resolve queries
- Coordinate all communications with Unitholders, Press and Media for public announcements, website, annual report and sustainability report
- Manage relationship with major Unitholders and respond to discretionary requests and queries in a timely manner
- Assist with drafting and management of IR/PR budgets for the REIT
- Research equity/debt capital market trends and provide regular and discretionary update


※ 자격요건

- 금융기관, 회계법인 또는 기타 유관 회사에서 대체투자 관련 업무 등 경력자(2년 ~ 10년)
- (필수)영어로 업무가 가능한 자
- (우대)관련자격증(변호사, 회계사, CFA 등) 소지자
- 해외여행에 결격사유가 없는 자
- 남자의 경우 병역필 또는 면제자

※ 근무조건

- 급여: 회사 내규에 따름 (면접 시 협의 가능)
- 복리후생: 회사 해외파견 규정에 따름
- 근무지: 호주 시드니 또는 싱가포르 (비자 발급 전까지 본사 근무 예정)
- 기타: 본사 소속 상태에서 정해진 기간에 따라 해외 지사로 파견되어 근무
