We are launching the International TET programme (iTET) to find our next generation of future leaders who can adapt the JD DNA to new markets and help shape the future of global e-commerce.
The Programme
The iTET is a high-speed leadership accelerator. You'll start with 5 months of learning about our business heritage & strategy then step into a hands on role in Joybuy or Joylogistics to catapult your growth. Over 3 years we'll support you with the development and experiences you need to progress quickly through the business into senior leadership positions.
You'll gain deep operational and commercial mastery, stepping into key areas like Category or Warehouse Management as you scale our global footprint. We value humility to learn and encourage you to embrace every environment and opportunity, as it is key to success and echos our approach to leadership.
The programme is hands on, with real expectations, but it comes with great rewards.

We are looking for current students and recent graduates studying in supply chain, technology or business related subjects. Alongside your studies you'll also need to have:

The Selection Process
1. Apply & Review 2. Online Assessment: Values, behavior, and aptitude. 3. First Stage Interview: 45 minutes online with HR and Business Managers 4. Second Stage Interview: 30 minutes online with HR Leader, Director or Regional CEO 5. The Final Stage: Interview with our International CEO and HR Leaders. 6. Offer: Secured by June 2026.
