ROLE OVERVIEW

The Expert Network Services (ENS) industry connects our clients (consulting and investment firms) with specialized insights from top experts. With a strong focus on the Asia-Pacific region, our team is fluent in the languages ​​​​​​across the area and has unmatched recruitment capabilities to find experts from any industry or niche.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Client Solutions Intern (Expert Matching Team), you will support both recruitment and operational tasks. This role offers hands-on experience in expert sourcing, client support, and localized recruitment, working closely with the team to ensure smooth coordination with expert partners and clients. 

Project Understanding and Ideal Expert Profile Identification

• Gain a thorough understanding of client project needs based on main topics and client characteristics.
• Identify the best-fit expert profile based on key project requirements, including industry focus, target companies, relevant departments, seniority level, and specific expertise.

Recruiting Expert Candidates (Main Focus)

• Source ideal expert profiles across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, local recruitment platforms, internal databases, professional networks).
• Reach out to experts through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to invite them to consult for clients on specific topics.
• Screen and vet expert candidates to assess their expertise and experience before connecting them with our clients.
• Manage scheduling for client-expert interviews and build relationships with experts for future collaborations.

REQUIREMENTS

Background

• Final-year students and recent graduates who can intern full-time for six months.
• Fluency in English  (both verbal and written) - Able to communicate confidently with a diverse network of experts across APAC
• Additional language skills are a plus!

WORKING LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with relocation support.
